The Billing department that I needed to approve important decisions was in Europe, and they had no phone number for me as a customer. The Billing department communicates through an online ticket system. According the website's AI bot, that Billing department takes up to 10 days to reply. Can you imagine having an issue and being stuck with an online ticket system that takes up to 10 days to reply, and doesn't resolve the issue multiple times?

Horrible exiting experience. I tested out their place for 3 months and upon leaving they wanted to strong arm me and charge an extra $400 dollars for restoration charges. I took pics before and after. Here are the after pics. Will never trust them as a company again.

Paid for more than half a year and never had a chance to use my office space. I was hoping they would be a little flexible in letting me end my virtual office subscription a few months early because of this (Never asked for a refund). They are not flexible. Do not recommend. Tried contacting them about it through their help center - No help provided.
