They are an AWFUL COMPANY. Whatever you do... DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM. THEY KEEP AUTO RENEWING EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE MOVED OUT AND TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES WE WANT TO CANCEL. THEY HAVE THEN SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS AND DONT ANSWER ANY CALLS OR EMAILS WHEN SPEAKING TO MANAGEMENT. THEY ALSO SENT ANOTHER INVOICE THAT WAS A DISCREPANCY ON THEIR END TO COLLECTIONS AND WHEN I CALLED TO ADDRESS IT (SEVERAL TIMES OVER SIX MONTHS) THEY TOLD ME THAT ACCOUNTING WAS TAKING CARE OF IT. BUT THATS NOT TRUE BECAUSE ITS STILL IN COLLECTIONS AND THEY ADDMITTED IT WAS NOT A CORRECT INVOICE AND IT WAS AN ERROR. NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK THIS IS ALMOST A YEAR LATER AND THEYRE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME

This was by far the worst co-working experience my team has had. The men at reception gave us no hospitality aside from pointing to (not even talking) where our reserved meeting room was. There was no tour, no showing where the bathroom was, where beverages were, etc. Oh, and the lunch that I pre-paid for was completely forgotten about, so I had to rush an Uber Eats order for my team and the CUSTOMERS we were meeting with. During that fiasco, there was no one in the building to be found. The "out to lunch" sign sat on the reception desk for over 2 hours, and I had to call multiple times, including trying to reach the community manager, who never answered or returned my calls. At one point, someone was standing outside of the suite trying to get in, and my team wasn't sure what to do, because there was no one at reception, and they didn't want to let a random person in the suite. When he finally got access to the suite, this random guy WALKED INTO OUR CONFERENCE ROOM and BERATED us for not opening the door for him!! Where were the receptionists?!? Will absolutely never reserve or recommend anyone to work from here.

I'm sick of the amount of spam from this company. 2 stars for that reason. I get a ton of spam from them and it's always flagged. IF there are actual Tax Pros, CPAs EAs Tax Attorneys out there looking for work - Be your own boss, and operate your own Firm! This is a horrible company to deal with. A complete scam! I don’t know how they stay in business. This is a rip off don’t give them a dime. RUN FAST and FAR! I would give negative stars if it were possible
