I see The gimmicks

Nov 15 2023

Well, well, well . These are the people who have harassing me for years about selling my home. Flooding my mail box with notices and calling my phone. Shame on you, people . My pleas went unanswered for them to cease and desist . Now I know why it big banks and realtors like this want to do is take away the American dream . I guarantee that I wouldn't be able to get a loan to buy a house from this big realtor company. And yet the go on unchecked with harassing me to sell my home. Unbelievable

Really not a good experience. The contract contained hidden fees, such as an expensive monthly charge for coffee and tea that was never presented as optional, and it was not even mentioned in the office tour / contract signing. Additionally, the air conditioning for individual offices could not be controlled for specific rooms, it was controlled for the entire floor. I cannot recommend this.

I wish I could give no starts!!! This company sold nothing but dreams from the start! I was promised a premium office space with an address and answering service to boot for an affordable rate. Approximately 200 monthly. I toured the facility and wasn’t too impress but I was satisfied with what they had to offer for the price rate. I had not idea what I was in store for! First I didn’t get my phone number to the office that I was PAYING for for about 2 months. I kept being given the run around. Apparently no one in the office can actually help you even if you do what they tell you to do and file a “ticket” through the app to get an EMAIL rather than actually talking to anyone who can actually help you. So after waiting for 2 months to get the phone number to the answering service I was paying for through direct withdraws from my business account multiple times a month (another issue) the receptionist assigned to answer the phone NEVER answered. All of my calls went to a voicemail that sounded like a fax machine that no one seemed to have access to! This was just the start of the nightmare dealing with this company. After putting in multiple tickets and being ducked and dodged for weeks/ months I finally just gave up and attempted to end my contract! The contract was only for 6 months but by month 3 I was over it. So they “canceled” the contract but I was STILL being charged AFTER the six month term. I literally just got another invoice from them requesting more money for a service I NEVER actually received even though my contract ended in August. This is huge waste of time and money. I feel like I paid them to annoy me and waste time and money I could have used to further my small business. Please do not waste time with this company they are a scam!!!
