Excellent space and location for companies and new startup companies looking to rent space, prices are very reasonable and the location is beautiful

A beautiful cool working space in the heart of a historic north Philly neighborhood. I was in town to meet with one of my directors and he works out of here. The spaces were a nice mix of office, open workspace, and lounging areas/common areas. There was also a very nice kitchen set up With hot coffee, fridge space, and plenty of countertop space to make your lunchtime sandwiches. There is a conference room that was available if needed with the offices were spacious enough for two or three people to get some work done. Lots of natural light made it a beautiful space to work in on a sunny fall day. The decor and use of reclaimed and recycled materials was impressive. The two gender neutral bathrooms We’re clean and well equipped with necessities for good hygiene and clean community working spaces. Soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. If you are in the North Philly area and have been working from home and could use a change of scenery. Mt Airy Axis is definitely worth checking out. No need to go all the way into downtown if you don’t have to but with some local shops around and next-door to a beautiful wooded nature preserve, it’s a great change of scenery even if just for a few days a week.
