Do not recommend
I’ve been a customer for years, and the service has completely gone downhill. The customer service is rude and unprofessional emails are sent with no greeting, and communication feels cold and dismissive. There’s no effort to build customer relationships, even with long-time clients.
Worse, they nickel and dime you for everything, charging fees just to check your mail if you forgot your key, and applying processing fees even when you’re not using a credit card. These charges are not clearly disclosed, and you constantly have to double check invoices to catch sneaky, unexplained fees.
The amount of back and forth over petty charges is exhausting. And rather than resolve concerns with care, the staff argues and shows zero regard for customer loyalty. Sadly, the friendly service they once had is long gone. The newer staff, including Emily, have been consistently unhelpful and lack basic customer service skills.
There are many other mailbox and email service providers at a similar price point that offer far better service. I highly do not recommend this company anymore, they seriously need to retrain their team on how to treat customers.
