The thing that impresses me the most about Industrious is how consistently excellent their amenities and staff are across every location I've visited. Someone from the team is always available for any request you have and are very accommodating. Big thank you to Bill Handy, the Experience Manager, for being available throughout my booking to help with all of my clarifications and concerns.

Our company has had private offices at this Industrious location for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the hospitality and service the team provides. Delaney, Kellie, and the entire Industrious team consistently go above and beyond to help with questions, last-minute requests, and whatever else our team may need. They’ve created such a friendly, welcoming community and always seem to have something creative up their sleeve to brighten everyone’s workday. The number of services and amenities they provide has also significantly reduced the office ordering and admin work that used to fall on our team. Having drinks, snacks, and so many other conveniences just steps away saves so much team time, and is so convenient when you have a stacked day of meetings with only seconds to spare. There is a full security team on site every day to greet you and help with coordinating any visitors, and it has also been so comforting to have our offices located in such a secure building. We’ve really enjoyed being part of the Industrious community and are grateful to have such a wonderful team supporting us every day!

The space is spectacular and the staff are exceptional! This is my happy place for work — the environment at Industrious Avenue of the Arts is comfortable and conducive to productivity. My clients love meeting with me here (sparkling water on tap and bottomless coffee and snacks!) and the conference rooms are a wonderful setting for small to medium group sessions. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.

Amazing experience.Friendly staff and they also offer complimentary coffee,snacks and sodas.Internet worked well and I was able to use the small rooms for taking work calls without disturbing others.It is located very conveniently in the city center.
