CityCoHo | Philly’s Nexus was founded in 2014 by Sustainability professor Max Zahniser, with the mission of amplifying the impact of environmental and social efforts in the Philadelphia region by networking the movement. We strive to be the best coworking space for values-based organizations.
CityCoHo is a Philadelphia coworking space that provides the infrastructure for established and emerging organizations seeking to change the world for the better. We are a community space that brings together environmentally conscious entities, emerging technology companies, humanities-focused nonprofits, and creative individuals. We seek to be the physical space that provides the backbone to the growing body of work in Philadelphia’s impact and innovation economies. Located in the heart of Philadelphia between University City and Center City, in a Gold LEED-certified building, CityCoHo is in a premier space for connecting with all other Philadelphia neighborhoods for collaborating and networking with a diverse array of change-makers.
If you need assistance accessing the space, give us a call at (267) 586-7169.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
-
CityCoHo operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
-
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with CityCoho.
-
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
-
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, CityCoho may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
