Terrible experience from marketing all the way to their contract signing, mail forwarding and account finances and management. They do not take care of a simple issue that you may have; everything with them is a hassle and a headache and there is nobody to address things, nobody! Do not think that the team they put in these offices can address things. Now, I'm expecting Regus to come here and say "we do not recognize you." well here is my account number with Cira Center 12738018, and my other account number 13783187. For some time, I thought it's about Regus locations. Later, I realized that they are like this everywhere. Make your own informed decisions.

Stay far away, Regus creates fake exit fees and make everything difficult. I wish I never interacted with company at all. They are dishonest in their business dealings.

Great location. I was concerned about being able to reserve office space as the date/time showed unavailable. I called the location and they were able to assist me in a workspace. Very professional and welcoming staff. I would use this Regus location again when in Philadelphia.

I pay for weekly mail forwarding - they send it monthly. I email the center - they ignore me. I submit an inquiry through the portal - they tell me to email the center. I complain again to the portal, who loops in the center - the center tells me they are in fact sending mail weekly (they aren't). In my monthly mail package, I sometimes get other people's mail.

They don't answer any emails. They keep increasing their rates every year, but don't deliver the services we pay for. We pay to forward physical mail weekly, but they forward once a month if we're lucky.
