I have been a CIC community member for more than 10 years, and I have also explored many known co-working spaces between Boston, NYC, and Philadelphia. I must say nothing beats CIC. I have worked in multiple CIC locations as there client, and every location is managed with utmost integrity and professionalism. They go above and beyond to support their clients, and it’s rare to experience a company that is deeply mission-driven and who stands by their every commitment. I recommend anyone who’s looking to start a business and needs space in Philly.

I had an excellent experience working with this biotech facility. The staff were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping researchers succeed. The equipment was well maintained, and training was thorough and easy to follow. Whenever issues arose, the team provided prompt technical support and practical solutions. Their expertise and collaborative approach significantly improved the efficiency and quality of our work. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking reliable biotech research support.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CIC, who is more than happy to help out.

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
