Ambiance was top tier, I’ll be visiting again for sure! Came here twice and both times I left feeling better about my decision to start a business. I live in philly and it’s very convenient to septa as well. Great people!!!

I absolutely love working here! I love the people and the sense of community that the 40 West Team fosters. The 40 West team members are loving, deeply relational and very customer service oriented. Not to mention, the location is great. I appreciate being able to take a quick walk to get coffee or lunch. I've been working remotely from home for a while and it's been fantastic to find a great place to work that helps me set clearer boundaries between home and work. I feel much more productive and a lot happier. Highly recommend!

In a word: phenomenal. I have used 40 West as my principle place of business for around 3 years now, and it has been a critical part of my practice. Joyce, Yasmin, Jeannette and Karen are amazing and always go above and beyond to meet their tenants' needs.
