Front desk attendant is unnecessarily rude for such a simple job. Creates an uncomfortable environment the moment you try to sign in, a feeling that sticks with you as you head up to the office you’re supposed to go to. Bad customer service the moment you walk in the door is not what these tenants want, especially when many of them interact with the public (like a state representative’s office).
