The amenities, as well as the staff, are top-notch. The space is modern and comfortable, with ample seating and convenient work accommodations such as sizable conference rooms (that are always available), breakout rooms (for calls), multiple printers, etc. Most importantly, Sean and Megan are always there to help with anything you could ever need. 6 out of 5 star rating!

Professional, modern, and full service co working space in the heart of center city. Great amenities like printing/shredding/mail and package coordination all included as well as conference room options. Beautiful and bright setup with options for working and a stocked kitchen. The onsite manager Colin is really awesome and helpful too - your business will be in great hands here!

Industrious provides an extremely well equipped, well maintained, and perfectly located office space right in the heart of Philadelphia. The amenities are excellent, with a nicely stocked selection of beverages and snacks as well as toiletries in the restrooms. The staff is courteous and very helpful, and the office itself is just 1-2 blocks walking distance from a plethora of delicious food options. Last but not least, you'll witness a beautiful high rise view of the city when walking around the office space. It's truly the ideal workspace in downtown Philadelphia
