I had no problems with this place it actually feels like it went above and beyond but it seems there's been an increase in traffic and tenants here, you have people just slamming the office doors all day nonstop. No one is saying anything to them they are very arrogant or act like they own the building. Some people here are friendly others are strange I don't speak to anyone anymore unless they speak to me. The thing is we all do different kinds of work in the building the lack of respect and main character syndrome is annoying. Still good amenities the premise is nice self sustained for the most part but these new tenants acting like it's college I don't like. The tenants who were here previously were pretty mindful and quiet they actually made the place great felt like real business now you just have people cussing and shouting

Over the last several months, this facility has started renting u-hauls and has allowed multiple large vehicles to park in the lot which has limited spots. As a patron to one of the small businesses that is located in this facility, parking has become impossible, as these U-Haul trucks take up all spots, and often double park or park at an angle. There are also trucks parked here that have not moved in months. This building has a lot in the front where the trucks could park, but instead they are taking spots from customers. It’s been extremely frustrating to come here.

The units at WareSpace offer wifi, electricity and common areas such as a kitchen, parking, bathrooms and loading docks. What I don't like is that there is only one loading dock (for one car) for the amount of tenants they have, would be helpful to make more. Some days are very caothic. They have a big loading dock for big trucks where doesn't work for regular SUVs. Some tenants are very unaware that people actually work on the units and put their music full volumen, making it really hard to work. Would be nice, if Warespace put signs that says, silence, people working. But today the 13 loading dock have a party going on while loading their car, and is pissing me off.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Warespace - 3500 Scotts Lane has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Warespace.
