This review is in regards to MAY insurance services. My agents name is John and he is by far exceptional. I’m talking when other agents won’t take 10 minutes to go over certain things with you. This guy will stay on the phone with you for an hour till they get things strait. He’s not a guy that’ll get your service going and then block your number, He is a guy that is going to have your back for the lifetime that you guys do business together more like a partnership but not exactly. Extremely professional , Always, Always has his customers best interest in mind. And always follows through with what he says. It does not get better than that. If you’re looking for somebody to get you out of a pinch, he’s The man to call. Thank you again, John .

It was truly a terrible experience. Emails asking for cancelation go unanswered for weeks at a time and always with generic non-answers. Phone calls were answered at the beginning, and once I expressed interest in canceling service, I never seemed to be answered despite leaving voicemails. I spent 4 months in a Kuwait during summer outside, and it was still a better experience than dealing with this specific location of Regus.
