I don’t have an office anymore. I work online but I miss the camaraderie. R5 gives me the relational connections I need from a job but also the quiet, focused atmosphere while doing the job. Worth every penny.

This place literally was a last minute "life saver" that became my work home. I switched gears to a fully remote position but my home office in the attic of our house had no possibility for air conditioning. I had remembered seeing R5 advertised and called to take a tour. I was blown away by the responsiveness of the owner Michael and how friendly everyone was that I got to meet that day. I rented an office that summer thinking it would be temporary. It was a life saver that summer in more ways than one. Switching careers and also going from working in an office with many people every day to working remote, I really needed that every day people connection more than I thought. It was the community that got me to stay. Everyone there is so invested in the community and supporting each other. I love the monthly social options including lunches out, lunch and learns, happy hours, etc. I have continued to rent an office even after moving to a new home with a home office because getting to work from R5 helps me to feel connected, have a sense of community, stay on track/task, and also helps me feel like I am leaving work at "work" and not at home.

I wish I would have found this place back when I first started working from home!! Not only is this a fantastic solution to being able to separate work life from home life, but it also gives the huge bonus of getting to interact with other super friendly people throughout your day that have no ties to your actual job! Brings a whole fresh new meaning to the idea behind “water cooler talk”! I find I stay on task for longer periods of time and I actually take breaks which has made a huge difference in avoiding burnout! Totally worth looking into if you’ve been curious.

I’ve been working from R5 Co-Lab and genuinely love it. If you’re looking for a quiet coworking space in Lansdale, this is it. The other members are friendly and respectful, and the shared office area stays quiet enough for me to focus and actually get work done. There are six separate spots for phone calls and Zoom meetings, so you can talk without disturbing everyone else. The kitchen amenities are great, the coffee is genuinely delicious, and even the bathrooms are clean, thoughtfully stocked, and well equipped.
