I have been a member for the past couple of years. Great community! There are dedicated desks and hotspots available. Level of noise is minimal unlike othe co-working places i have been. You can focus and get job done. Highly recommended.

We hosted a small team meeting in the Annex. Clean, professional space that was perfect for our group. Excellent communication from management regarding booking and access instructions. We'll be back.

Just the Best! A fabulous co- wokring space, designed by a graphic designer (and you can really tell - it is beautiful). Can't recommend enough.

I've been working out of R5 Co-Lab in Lansdale daily for the past three weeks, and I’ve been way more productive here than I ever was at home. The space is super comfortable and easy to settle into, and there’s a really good energy without it being noisy or distracting. The people are friendly and laid-back. It’s got a nice vibe that makes it easy to focus. The phone booths are a game-changer for me/ I’ve missed having something like that in other “shared” workspaces that end up feeling more like coffee shops than actual work environments. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and they’ve got coffee, tea, and even sparkling water available. Parking’s easy, with spots right outside the door. I do consulting work and this setup has been perfect for staying focused and getting through my to-do list. Location is great — just off Main Street with plenty of options for lunch, a quick walk, or a drink after work. I’ve tried other coworking spaces in different cities, and if I could bring this one with me wherever I go, I absolutely would.

Loving this space! Michael has created a great space to meet and work in Lansdale. They also participate in the coworking visa, so if you're a member of another participating co-working space you should be able to stop in. Go birds!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with R5 Co-Lab, who is more than happy to help out.

  • At R5 Co-Lab - 5 North Cannon Avenue, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with R5 Co-Lab.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
