We needed to book a conference room for a meeting for the day. Both Joel and Hannah were extremely helpful in finding us the right space. When the time came, we had our meeting cancelled, and they helped us get back in the same room very quickly for the rescheduled time. Couldn’t be happier with our experience! Will definitely be coming back.

I needed a space to work for the day while traveling in Lancaster. I booked this the night before (online booking was easy). The space was perfect for what I needed: Quite, bright, and with good internet access. The office manager was very polite and helpful; she also helped to resolve/refund an additional spurious booking that I had made.

I dropped in to work at Lancaster Coworking during a recent power outage and it was great! Easy to book, great location, and allowed me to stay productive... will be back!

I rented an office at Lancaster Coworking on Walnut St in July 2026. Rather last minute I had three coworkers coming to town, and so the four of us needed a space to work through the week. Joel was very responsive to my questions when I was looking around for space, and he made it extremely easy to book for the week. The space we had was reasonably priced, clean, private, and charming! Joel & the rest of the staff were always available to answer questions we had. The desks were a great size, the chairs were comfortable, the internet was reliable & fast, and the kitchenette was stocked with coffee. As a group of software engineers huddled in a room for 12 hours a day we couldn't have asked for much more. Next time I have coworkers in town it'll be a no-brainer to book here again.

Great space, good for groups and individuals

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Lancaster Coworking.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Lancaster Coworking may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Lancaster Coworking - 318 East Walnut Street has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
