Seems like this was once a nice hotel but now has owners who have no clue what they are doing. Took more than 20 minutes to check in even there didn't seem to be many people there. Room keys machine didn't work so someone has to take you to the room. Room had been 1/2 cleaned with beds stripped and dirty linens on the table. You could see the doors in the hallway were beat up, in disrepair, and obviously neglected. We left and drove the 3.5 hour trip home in the middle of the night rather than stay in that place.

Knocked a star off the overall rating because the online check-in was totally pointless. Pretty much had to start over from scratch when I arrived. Plus, now I have a photo of my ID that they didn't need floating around in a computer system somewhere.
