Don’t waste your money. Looks nice on the outside but dingy and dirty in the rooms. My room had ants and black hairs in the bathroom.

Run! Employees are extremely rude. Hotel bathrooms are substandard. The staff cannot tell you the hours of the bar or restaurant. Since the bar is not open they try are convince you to Pay $90 for early check in. Every toilet flush from neighbors. Every conversation can be heard in the hallways.

Hotel is a scam yes it’s in a great area but they tried to charge my card twice, room smelt like mildew, no toilet paper, broken peak hole and lock, rude service, and false advertisement no balls to use any of the amenities! Do not let you stay on the property past check out nor allow use of the pool! Bug traps throughout the room, rusty balcony furniture, shower wouldn’t even get warm enough to shower, they Do not allow u to eat or drink anything besides water through out the hotel! Would not recommend this place for the value of your dollar it’s false advertisement!

I was sincerely underwhelmed and honestly disgusted with my stay. There was issues with the rooms and I have so much more to say. The first room we had, 443, the door stopped locking when we left the room. We were moved to room 262 and the door to the patio/pool area would lock and the key cards would not let us back in. The patio area outside room 262 was littered with garbage and I mentioned this to the front desk; I was told someone would come to clean it up and this never happened. The night of the 23rd, our kids were told the outdoor pool was closed when they approached at 9:15. We then visited the indoor pool and there was human feces on the ledge. It seems as if the hotel staff does not check areas as often as they should and are not cleaning well enough when they do visit the areas. Additionally, I paid for breakfast for 3 people for 3 days totaling $120 and on 2 of the 3 days, people were walking in and out freely as no one was at the counter collecting tickets. Most of those people probably did not pay for breakfast and I feel like I was the sucker that did. On day 1, 8/23, there was cereal offered for breakfast and on the 2 following days, there was none in sight; not even at 6:30 am at the start. I am so disappointed in this stay that I will never consider Wyndham again regardless of where I travel. I would like a manger from Wyndham Lancaster to reach out to me as I asked for this twice during my stay and have not heard a word from anyone since.

The hotel was perfect for my needs , close to public transportation and the shopping areas The outdoor pool was also a plus. The staff was helpful and courteous. I stayed there on.2014 & 2015 and the renovations are wonderful.
