Worst customer service experience out of any hotel stay I’ve ever had. I checked in late at night, and found my room to be dirty so I wanted to check out and asked for a refund. I was told they could only issue 50% refunds overnight and to wait for management in the morning for a full refund. I decided to leave at midnight and drive home. I had to email and call back 3 days in a row AND call Wyndham corporate before I ever got a response from the property. They only offered me a 50% refund, despite never staying at the property. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the condition of the room, but the lack of accountability afterward. A 50% refund was never appropriate given that I could not stay in the room at all, and failing to honor what I was told or even follow up with me demonstrated awful customer service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property.

A/C horrible. Lobby couches need replacing. Starbucks barely opened. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Refrigerator self defrosted everything inside became warm and rug was soaked. Housekeeping never came. Room was a five minute walk to lobby up and down stairs. Pool was the only nice part of this place. Check in was late due to housekeeping

We stayed here for a Star Trek convention called shore leave and honestly it’s the only reason we stayed We would not purposely pick this hotel again if we stayed in the area They charge you for breakfast and it’s the same damn breakfast you get for free at other hotels. The only thing that was offered was someone making omelets and truthfully they weren’t all that good I would not recommend paying for breakfast unless you really had too. There are plenty of other places around with better food

While most of the staff was fine housekeeping was terrible and didn't at best bare minimum. When I called later to report a missing piece clothing, management did even bother to send someone to look for it. Apparently they think that housekeeping threw it away or kept it. Also not disabled accessible. Bar was disgusting and dirty. My friend said his bed was uncomfortable.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. They made us wait two plus hours to be checked into our hotel. We arrived past check in time. After a long drive, we just wanted some rest. However, there was partying until about 2 AM. When I brought this up, they refused to reimburse us and ignored us completely. I have tried contacting the hotel directly and no one gets back to us.
