Signed up for a 12 month agreement which took literally 2 minutes to do. then 3 weeks after signing I realized the office area is not suitable for me. I have tried to see about canceling since its been less than a month. There is no cancelation allowed. then i reached out to the help desk which gave an option for me to have Regus list my office for lease to another customer. I informed the Regus front desk about this option and they say they are not able to verify this information. So, I forward the email and copy and pasted the email from the Regus help desk stating this option, it is now been over 2 weeks and they still are looking for the email and trying to resolve it. This is the worst experience. I would totally avoid all REGUS as they are quick to lock you and there is no way out of the agreement even if you decide to cancel the next day. Horrible resolution center to assist with any issues.

This location is inflexible and shows little regard for customer service. We booked a combination of half-day and full-day conference rooms over two days. On the first day, we arrived an hour early, but they insisted on charging us extra for a room that wasn’t even occupied. To make matters worse, we ended up paying more for the half-day reservation than for the full day. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate us was disappointing, especially considering this is such a great location.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HQ.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
