I would highly recommend Richland Executive Office Suites. The location is perfect, the building well maintained and easily accessible for all my clients. The management is very easy to work with, always available to answer questions and take care of any of my needs.

My child sees a psychologist here and the three-seat "waiting room" is sometimes full when we arrive. It is also right beside the room so one can hear everything said inside. Two weeks ago, I sat at an empty desk because it was simply an available chair. I did not use wifi. The owner, presumably, came in and tried to give me grief about it, in a way that was out of proportion. I was literally occupying a chair. We were not here last week but I had a feeling I would find a passive-aggressive note in future and here it is. If you want to do business with someone who doesn't like patrons of the businesses inside using the chairs, this is the place for you. Instead of leaving signs about the facilities, maybe make them conducive to the needs of businesses inside (and the patrons of those businesses). Soundproofing to avoid HIPAA violations could be a start.
