Always prompt, professional, courteous, and great work
Excelent service of Property Management
Do not list your property with then to manage. Im a very qualified tenant but I refuse to pay an application fee without seeing property first. They are using your properties for application fee scam
The human receptionist transferred me to a human property agent who provided me with more details about the property. I was satisfied with the service both humans provided. I was not required to pay a fee in order to schedule my in person, self guided tour of the property. Some listings nowadays do not include contact information, forcing future tenants to message through the listing app. Which usually ends with crickets. My only negative was with Showmojo. Showmojo has parameters set up in their system regarding income and expected move-in date for the property. I was able to change my answers to be within their parameters, and was able to schedule a showing. Showmojo required an image of both sides of a DMV driver or non-driver ID. I made a request to bring my ID in person to Harrisburg Property Group, to schedule a showing. I was informed that Showmojo was the only way I would be able to schedule a showing. That is the reason I gave 4 Stars. And ree
Whoever answers the phone is always very short and rude no matter what the request is.
