My move was unusual because the property owner sold the building and a different property management company was used. This occurred just a few days before my move in date. I also moved in on a Friday. It was a rough transition for all involved. That was to be expected. I had multiple things that needed immediate attention and while it took a few days to get things sorted out they were great! I can’t remember everyone’s names but I do remember Zoe -she was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. She looked into a few repairs/issues that I was having and followed up with me by phone. The contractor Riley HvAC company they use is amazing also. Jara and Ian are very nice and Ian was able to fix something for me that he wasn’t even there to do. Jara called me back to follow up which I really appreciated. I can’t remember the person’s name who did my keys and smoke detector but he was great also. I had a leak on a Saturday and someone arrived in about an hour. I’m giving 4 stars because of one person- Dallas. I called - yes I was upset because of the management company switch but she was extremely rude from the moment she answered the phone I could tell she wasn’t going to be pleasant. I always initiate a call with hello (insert name) how are you and she didn’t respond and ask me what my issue was. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told I needed to make an appointment. Very odd to have to make an appointment imo.she was very short and just said she’d send the supervisor and me an email to make the appointment and tried to get off the phone. I asked her if she wanted my damn email?! She said she had it and if I was going to be rude I can talk to voicemail and hung up on me. I called back several times and no one answered. They have caller ID so I’m sure she was deliberately not answering. I hope to never deal with her again and if she answers- I will definitely be asking for someone else to speak with. Donna Savory

Recently - during this record breaking heat wave - the central A/C in my apartment failedg. HPM had to send someone to Philadelphia to get a part needed to repair the unit because it was not in stock locally. Concurrently, they installed a window unit so I would be cool and healthy. Iam extremely grateful for their attention and sense of urgency to resolve the matter. I am extremely pleased with service I received from HPM. Linda T Tenant- Market St location
