They will charge you an additional $4k at the end of your contract without telling you. I asked up front MULTIPLE times before committing how much it would cost and they did not disclose an additional $4,000 fee to "get the spaces ready" for the next guests. we left NO mess and the desks and chairs were cleaner than we received them.

I have used the Ft. Washington space a number of times and prefer this location for the region. I appreciate the office spaces, the location, and the professionalism of the staff. I recently made a technical error and appreciated the support and guidance that Ale(Sandra) provided me in getting back on track very quickly so that I could proceed with my work for the day.
