Both billing and staff were a complete nightmare, with the exception of Rob. Don’t waste your time with Regus in Exton. There are plenty of other options in that immediate area.

Exton facility and staff are nice but billing is atrocious and network connection is slow. And good luck getting the outrageous retainer fee refunded. And yes, I've used the online help function to no response.
