Well, location is good. Relative to the downtown area, Normal parking issues to contend with. Reason for the flat score: not much on extra supply stuff...like napkins, forks, extra pens and papers. It is a conference center. Lastly, the same guy that sort of behaves like a "Gate Keeper", stopped me twice, as if I wasn't supposed to be there. I do have a large arm tattoo, and I was dressed mostly casual, but that's practically stereotyping. It was on a "Don't be a Douche-Bag" level. I was there with my company for one of our quarterly off-site leadership and planning meetings. I DO NOT recommend.

Easy & affordable to buy a day pass. Staff & everyone else was very friendly while also being able to find quiet places to work for the day.

Radius is one of my favorite places to work. I can't say enough good about it. The people are exceptionally cool. The space is collaborative and the vibe is awesome. When I'm consulting, I just feel better working from Radius. I get more done, too. Sean and his team who have worked so hard to bring this to life are owed a debt of gratitude by the whole town. Highly recommended!

Radius CoWork Space has truly become my home away from home! As a solopreneur, staying inspired and on task at home can be challenging. Here, I can simply pop in my earbuds and dive deep into work, surrounded by others who share the same focus. Whenever I need a sounding board, I easily reach out to fellow members on Slack—a truly invaluable resource—or I head over to the café for a fresh cup of coffee and engaging conversation. I credit the supportive atmosphere at Radius and the meaningful relationships I've built here for my ongoing business growth and professional development. Come visit us!

Radius CoWork is hands down one of the best things going in Erie. The space is gorgeous, packed with smart, driven people, and constantly growing—seriously, they’re expanding again. Three solid conference rooms, a classroom, and an entire floor of dedicated workspace make it a no-brainer for anyone needing a productive environment. More than that, the community here is top-tier. Sean Fedorko and the crew have built something special, and if you’re trying to get work done (and maybe even enjoy doing it), this is the place to be.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • At 900 State Street, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

  • With a monthly membership, 900 State Street offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Radius to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
