This is a great historic building and super friendly staff! Diane is super nice and it's lovely to have people you can count on to help realize your goals in business! My office is a happy place and I look forward to going there every day!

I cancelled my account with Regus ten months ago. Still, I receive monthly charges which I have had to dispute through Regus customer service. Still, they have been unable to correct the underlying issue with their accounting records and I continue to be charged. Now I have been contacted by a Commercial Collection Agency to collect a debt that I do not owe. I will never use their services again and I warn others to stay away.

Months ago Diane Teschner promised me calls from Patrick Mogollon or Craig Marconi, but they never called me. I have no alternative but to file a lawsuit. Your customer service is terrible. Previously - Finally got a person on the phone at the Doylestown Office, but they cannot assist because only corporate can handle. However, they do not have anyone I can reach out to, to speak with, at their Corporate office. Regus is by far the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. Impossible to speak with a human being whether at their Corporate Office or their Doylestown Office. On hold with their Corporate Office every day for more than 20 minutes with no answer. Still no return calls from corporate. Just form responses like below.

I've been using Regus facilities for the better part of three years. The local Doylestown staff are very good but their corporate accounting has appeared to me to be very slow and innefecient.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HQ.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, HQ may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
