We rented a space for our womens club. The space was great-perfect location, clean and very nice. The host was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. I 100% recommend.

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience as a Foundry member. From the quiet peace of my office to the shared kitchen, it was a pleasure and I hope to return. The environment fosters creative collaboration.

The Foundry has been a game-changer in my career. My husband and I own Cardinal Community News, and I've been working from home for the past 5 years with two young kids. I started with the Foundry this past September, and I think I got more work done in those 6 months than in the last 5 years! The space is absolutely stunning with great artwork and decor. Cozy nooks and desk options throughout. Now with the new historic building on Broad (absolutely beautiful!), I love having multiple options depending on my needs. The conference rooms are perfectly curated for meetings with larger groups, and the break room, fully stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, filtered water, and alcohol (you never know when you'll need it), has been such a special added touch. Not to mention how amazingly welcoming the owner, Ashley, is! She has a way of making everyone who walks through the door feel so at home in her spaces and a part of the Foundry community. I couldn't be happier there, and if you're considering it, look no further!

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with The Foundry.
