Work2gether Downingtown is located in a building that smells of damp with a low ceiling and broken front door. There is one main room with tables and a coffee bar. The vibe and decor resembles a student cafeteria. When I tried to work there, after paying a $25 service fee and a month's contract several days previously, I could not connect to the internet because my account had not been activated. I logged in as a guest: the connection was sluggish. A radio was blaring on an oldies channel and several people were talking loudly on telephones. A woman asked if she could print out some documents. The employee on site allowed it as a favor, "provided it is only one or two sheets". After half an hour I gave up and went to work in the public library nearby. I'll give it one star for having a functional phone app and website, and one star for refunding me in full. Zero stars for actually being a useful office space.

I deleted my previous comment. I posted about having a less than optimal experience during my first visit. The owner immediately contacted me by phone and email to see how they could make it “right”. We all make mistakes but the effort demonstrated to ensure that I was satisfied goes a long way for me. Kudos.

I had a dedicated membership here for about 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. Great atmosphere, wonderful community has been built, owner gets along great with other business owners in Downingtown. Many events are held and thrown here by the owner almost monthly. Extremely affordable prices for both walk-ins and memberships, flex (come as often as you like during normal business hours), dedicated (have your own desk and workspace with 24/7 access), private (your own personal office to design & decorate as you please with 24/7 access). Also offers private conference room and private event rentals.

Super friendly place with a laid back attitude and comfortable space to work. Neighborhood is clean and safe feeling. Coffee all day and filtered water. HDMI hookups on the supplied monitor worked great. They have a privacy room for calls, as needed too. It was a quick walk from the train station on the Harrisburg line (which has wifi).
