I only stay in Mariott hotels because they have the only mattress I've found that I can sleep on - in all hotel chains. I'm allergic to chemicals as fire retardant and some polyesters. So, thanks again for a green mattress, this hotel likely used their Mariott mattresses. The room was nice, I appreciate a separation between the sleeping area and living room, this room had a frosted, glass divider wall between the desk and beds that could be opened up. My biggest complaint was no bath tubs. Secondly, was no pool. Thirdly, was the slightly loud bathroom sliding door right next to the beds that woke us when sleeping and another person had to shut the door, also the door was frosted glass so a lot of light came through. Not terribly loud, I just don't sleep great. No noise in the hallway, from people, doors or any walking upstairs, which is great. I love when there's some buffer between the door and the beds, in this case it was the living room and glass doors over the desk. So, it was a nice layout which Mariott usually seems mindful of. I prefer TownePlace Suites with the full-size kitchen over Springhill Suites & Fairfield Inn. I won't start at Courtyard Inn because of their slamming doors. It'd be cool if at least they had a mini fridge with freezers, especially for summer stays. But, there was a fridge and microwave, and coffee. I didn't check out the breakfast spread. Rooms were clean, looked newer.
I had a stay with them in Summer 2026. It's a pleasant stay and the facilities are well maintained. The staffs are very helpful that they helped to found my lost item in the room. Wonderful service indeed. Highly recommended.
Stayed two nights with a day at Hersheypark and headed to Gettysburg the following day on the way home. Staff was great! Room and the hotel was very clean. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Had to stay here due to power outage in the local area from bad storms, got the room on a Sunday night, told them we may want another night depending on the status of the power. Next morning rates were raised by almost 100 bucks. Was told we could let them know the next day if we need the room for another night. Went to see about getting the room for another night the next day and was told they will be raising my rate by almost 100 bucks. They said because I didn’t get both nights upfront and now there are “less rooms available” rates have gone up even though we are already in a room and was told we could get the second night if needed. Was NEVER told rates would go up by 100 bucks if I didn’t get both nights upfront. They are clearly taking advantage of people who are in a bad situation with no power and children and pets. If this is how they treat locals imagine how they treat people from out of town. Just saying. The room was decent and clean, but there are 50 other hotels with decent and clean rooms as well.
