It's always jarring when you walk up to a counter that preforms the service you need and the guy behind the counter essentially says "I can't be bothered to help you". Had a project that needed 2 sides color photocopy on card stoc. Not super complicated but more then I felt like trying to figure out on my own. Walked up to the counter the dude says "I'm on the phone with the printer company, it might take a while" I say I'm happy to wait, he insists I explain what I need while he's still on the phone. I take my project out and now I'm getting eye rolls and annoyed responses like I'm *really* bothering him. I finish explaining what I need and he says go use the self serve. I explain why I was hoping for some help and he again sends me the the self serve printers. Left and looking for a printing shop. Never going back.

The print process is always a bit of a pain, especially for small jobs or if you're in a hurry, with having to log into like 2 different accounts and wait for confirmation codes to be emailed to you and stuff. It always ends up being more work and taking a lot longer than it seems like it should. It's not like at a stationary shop where you can just walk in, email them the file you want, and you're off. It's much faster, cheaper, and easier to just do it at the library if you don't have access to your own printer. A stationary/post shop would be my next choice. Office Depot would be an absolute last resort.

I have been extremely impressed with this Office Depot. Their customer service is top notch and their employees are so kind and helpful. I've been here twice so far and have had the best experiences, far exceeding what my experience has been at some of their competitors.
