Horrific Experience! DO NOT USE!!!! I have since learned that this business is NOT ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau (BBB Rating = F), which raises further concerns about their legitimacy. DECEPTIVE AND UNDISCLOSED FEES – Beware Before Renting I rented a fully furnished office for one month at their Sisters, OR location after being quoted $480 plus a refundable deposit (all fully paid in advance). There was absolutely no mention—verbally or in writing—of any additional fees before I agreed to the rental. After I vacated the space (which I left spotless), they invoiced me $456 for “restoration services” — a hidden charge I was never informed of. When I disputed it, I was told this fee was buried in their “House Rules” and “Terms & Conditions,” even though those documents were never provided or discussed beforehand. There was nothing to restore, these were their furnishings (simple desk and chair). Now, they are not refunding the deposit. So what was supposed to be a $480 monthly rental, turned out to cost $936 plus additional fees. This practice is deceptive and misleading, especially for short-term renters. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to get every fee in writing up front and to read every policy before signing. If transparency and honesty matter to you, look elsewhere — this company operates on hidden fees and vague fine print.

Avoid this coworking space. They breached the contract by charging me for an extra month that I had not signed up for. I was told I’d be reimbursed, but after that, both the local representative and their manager from Regus Corporate went silent and stopped responding to emails and calls. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Be very careful before signing anything with them.

We were charged for things we did not use. There were things like "restoration fees" for a perfectly clean space that were hidden in the contract. This company does not seem to operate in good faith and I would not recommend working with them.

This place is awful. Internet rarely works, super expensive, they lock you in to crazy contracts with horrible communication and surprise price increases. Only upside is it's usually quiet, since no one else wants to be there.

Rent local/Buy local. This firm wants $500-$1200 a month and does not have as nice as amenities as they advertised. Also the rep I spoke was hard to understand due to their accent unfortunately and was unprofessional at times which was unfortunate. Look at the photos as well, they do not even represent the actual location as it should be. False advertising.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with HQ.
