Very, very clean room and motel ❤️
Booked for family trip. Upon arrival to the room, a quick check found the room was made up but not cleaned. The trash cans were not cleaned out. There were left over items in the fridge. The beds appeared to be made up but checking the sheets… they appeared used and just put back to “show room “ status. The cleaning staff was gathering back on the first floor as I went to address this with the front desk staff. Asked for cleaning service. Was informed they were done for the day. Was able to move rooms but still. Showing up to a dirty room when cleaning staff is there and finishing up… have better standards for your company and staff.
Great place to stay.
We're very happy with this hotel. It accommodated our family if four "comfortably". We also brought our dog. There's a nice area to walk the dog as well. This will be the place we choose when we come to visit Salem. It's quiet and tucked away from the busyness.
