Very nice. Comfortable, convenient, clean. Original and pleasant decor. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. I found the earplugs on the nightstand helpful because my partner snores loudly. There was a nice teak bench in the shower, very useful. The TV audio quality is poor, but everything else far exceeded expectations.

Great older boutique hotel. My room, 318, king bed, nice bath & shower, plenty of place. Not the best work desk but not a problem. Downtown street noise, esp. traffic, but not a big issue. (Redmond seems to have a very high percentage of pickup trucks) Fantastic bar, if I was a local I would hang in it. Rooftop did not have drink service, bit small but decent sunset views. Did not eat in on site dining room because we with our dog, but looked good, and other choices in the cool downtown area. Great hotel location. Best for last, fantastic staff. Everyone we met appeared to love being at work. Great attitudes and smiles. Highly recommended and we will return!

All around best hotel experience I’ve had thus far in Central Oregon. Staff/front desk was super nice. Very kind and friendly. Our room was very relaxing and the food all an around is so good! Would recommend checking out their cafe, they offer so many good smoothie options and breakfast burritos. Also love that they use all cotton towels/sheets and use glass instead of plastic. It makes your stay feel very nice!
