I truly find the negative reviews about the staff here especially surprising. Of course, you cannot assume everyone is treated the same, but my experience of the LTW staff is that they are very helpful, very professional, and they have made our move to this office so easy. The facilities have most of what we need and when we have concerns or questions, they are promptly addressed. We were at a Regus location before and this is MAGNITUDES better wrt amenities, comfort, decor, professional atmosphere, etc... (No complaints against Regus staff.)

I really love all the amenities they offer here. I often come here to work because the setup is amazing, there are plenty of individual rooms, conference rooms, privacy pods, and lots of spots where you can just sit down and get things done. It’s very quiet, and the vibe is great for staying focused and productive. There’s direct access to the gym too, which is a huge plus. The staff is always welcoming, and there’s an open kitchen where you can help yourself to coffee and water. They do an amazing job keeping this place clean and inviting. The location is great for a co-working space. The only downside is the reception, the cell signal can be pretty low, so sometimes it’s hard to be on the phone. But using Wi-Fi calling has helped me a lot, so that’s a good tip if you’re planning to work here. Overall, I love coming here to get work done and would definitely recommend it!
