We had an appointment Tuesday with you, but when my wife and I got there at 2:15 you were not there. I said I was picking my wife up at 2 pm and would be there 2:15 to 2:30 pm. I was shocked, it gave me pause to wonder what kind of company I was really dealing with. You said specifically that you would wait for me, period! Otherwise I would not have wasted my time. You have been very nice, helpful in the past and called me and stayed in contact, I thought this was a professional organization. The receptionist was expecting us and told us you had left 2 minutes before we got there, I think we actually saw each other in the parking lot, but you left. The receptionist was the only person we saw in the building, and she had no information for a us at all! She didn't know anything, I asked her if you had told her about the large office or the two offices and all the details we had discussed and she said no. The only thing she did was show us a single office that I had seen before, that was not even remotely what you and I had been talking about at all. I just got your message and frankly I am appalled. You told me you would wait for me and I was on time, the receptionist had absolutely NO information for me in relation to what you and I had been talking about. You and I had been talking about Many different options, a large office to divide or an outer office with a small interior office across the hall for my secretary. I mentioned to you on the phone that I had many other detailed questions for you and you knew I had to have the numbers for an important Funding meeting Friday. When we spoke on the phone you never once indicated that you only had one office left. If that was the case then why were you telling me about all the options I had? Why did you tell me about the 2 office options if you had none? So that one office is all that you have? Why in the world weren't you honest with me and tell me that on the phone, instead of us driving all the way there expecting to be helped in finding a large office or two offices like we specifically discussed. I am very confused and disenchanted to say the least, I like to be able to trust the people where I have my office, and frankly none of this makes much sense and certainly has created a lack of confidence and credibility in your company. At best!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with ExecuTech.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to ExecuTech to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
