This review is specifically for Chris, a maintenance technician who recently completed a job in my apartment. Chris was great at communicating with myself and my roommate about everything that he was doing, he solved our maintenance issue, and he even brought in my package that was delivered. So far I’ve loved working with them and living in one of their units. Super responsive and easy to communicate with! I had a maintenance request and Chris, the technician, came out promptly and solved our issue which really wasn’t even that big of an issue. Stoked to be here!

Run away from this property management! Unless you want run-down apartments, failing appliances and plumbing, and incompetent staff. They don’t care if units are moldy nor any complaints of cigarette smoke seeping into nonsmoking units. They give you the runaround and resolve nothing until you exhaust yourself and take matters into your own hands. Let’s not forget about maintenance…actually it’s not existent.
