I recommend The Portland Clinics 50th and NE Sandy location. Very Professional

I would not recommend Portland Clinic, primarily due to numerous communication and billing issues. I am actively looking to switch healthcare providers. See below for all the issues that I have run into. (Edited to add issues #4 and #5) 1) When I had a bloodwork appointment, they failed to notify me that I was supposed to fast. When I arrived, I was asked if I had fasted beforehand. I let the provider know that I didn't receive any instructions, and that they should really send out information prior to the appointment. They didn't seem to care or acknowledge my concern. 2) I had a follow-up specialty consultation from a physical. It ended up being a waste of time, because it was basically 2 minutes of the doctor asking me to confirm that I wanted to undergo the recommended follow-up diagnostic procedures. This would have been something that could have easily been asked in a message, email, or phone call. Theoretically, the doctor offered for me to do the procedure same day, but I would not have been prepared with the prescribed pain medication, nor would I be able to take the rest of the day off to recover from the internal procedures. It's frustrating that I could have consolidated this into one appointment if they had given me this information in advance of the consultation - or if the consultation had been the procedure appointment itself. If you have a consultation, I recommend advocating for yourself and pressing the staff to confirm if it is needed and what the next steps would be for your issue. 3) In advance of a different consultation, I asked the provider a question via the MyChart messaging. Depending on the answer to the message, this could allow me to cancel the consultation. However, they never responded in the month following up to the appointment. 4) (new) If you try to pay your bill online with a credit card, and you happen to put in the wrong billing zip code, the website will say the transaction is unable to be processed. HOWEVER, they are actually putting a pre-authorization hold for the full amount, which will clear in a few days. With card processing, the best (and common) practice is to do a $0 or $1 preauthorization to verify the card details before proceeding with the full charge. This issue has made me unable to pay my bill with my HSA card, and I am currently waiting for the hold to be released so I can use the money on my HSA card again. I explained this to a billing agent at Portland Clinic and they were not responsive at all to my recommendation to follow proper card processing guidelines. 5) Inconsistent and unnecessary billing for LabCorp. For my blood tests, they billed me for the lab testing through Portland Clinic/My Chart. For lab testing for a procedure, they did not include the LabCorp bill which showed up in a surprise letter directly from LabCorp, months later. The Portland Clinic should process the LabCorp bill, and I should pay the Portland Clinic - not LabCorp. I happened to misplace the letter, which was the only way that I had my LabCorp bill. I asked Portland Clinic if they could give me the LabCorp invoice number so I could pay the bill... surprise surprise - they can't. Overall, Portland Clinic has extensive issues that make the client experience frankly frustrating. Do not recommend.

If you aren’t sufficiently early for your appointment, these folks will cancel your appointment, make you reschedule, and then charge you $50 for the privilege. You get to pay the “no show” fee even if you are there but waiting in line to check in.
3435 Northeast 45th Avenue has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with 10Pod.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with 10Pod, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
