Thanks to Chris for the positive maintenance experience!

Hey there, looking to expose yourself to secondhand smoke, breathe in that lovely toxic air and potentially die from it?! Well, you have found your home! Welcome to CPMS where you will abruptly wake from your slumber choking on cigarette and marijuana smoke seeping into your unit daily from your self-absorbed disgustingly addicted neighbors. Ah take a deep breath of that pure home sweet home! You’ll then frantically open all doors and windows, making sure to get those steps in for the day, turn on fans and gasping stand outside for 30-45 minutes at 2am trying to fill your lungs with clean air that you know you have rights to as a human being. You then direct a fan on yourself and try to get the much needed sleep tossing and turning before the 6am alarm goes off so you can drag yourself to work so you can earn pennies to rub together. You absolutely won’t find harassment here because smoking residents have a right to knowingly and willingly disobey property policy and get away with it; their cancer killing habit is way important as long as property gets it monies. Silly you, it’s ok that your health is in jeopardy! CPMS is totally fine with smoking indoors, on patios, and potentially damaging property and even better endangering the health and lives of nonsmoking residents. Why bother to investigate or terminate our best residents? The best way CPMS handles violations and concerns is to act like you care then ignore complaints and gaslight as much possible. That folks is the sprinkle of magic you need to vanish away problems. Seriously though, life is so stressful as it is and not everything needs to be problem solved most definitely not policy violations. This brilliant method also applies to maintenance; just hired clueless staff that will ensure half-ass work and you won’t hear complaints again until 1-2 weeks unless you got that problem-vanishing magic up your sleeve. Once again, welcome dear smokers and welcome healthy lungs - you will love it here!

chris did a great job repairing my toilet. I really appreciate him helping me out even though he kept running into roadblocks

I had an idiot moment and was pretty sure I left my coffee pot on. Chris went over asap and shut it off for me and let me know when he did so I I didn’t have anxiety about it all day. Great staff

I had the pleasure of living in one of the most unique apartments I've ever seen listed by Capital. It was so insanely special to me, I'm very sad to part ways. Throughout my time renting, I was very pleased with many of the folks who put a lot of time and effort into ensuring tenants were happy and requests were taken care of in a timely manner. One of the standout individuals was Delaney, who obviously cared a lot about treating tenants fairly and being honest, up front, and kind. Sometimes it can be difficult to find people who genuinely care about their renters. It was obvious to me that Delaney always remained invested in us. Thank you to Capital and Delaney for all the hard work!
