From the maintenance man Mike to management Jessica, and the awesome atmosphere here with the other businesses, it’s clear there’s a strong sense of respect and community. Everyone looks out for each other. The other day I locked myself out and called it in, and the way someone came through to save the day reminded me what it really takes to build a great team.
