I've filed with BBB. My experience has been very similar to others who have given poor reviews here and with BBB (as of today, 816 total complaints in the last 3 years). There is a couple of nice people like Tiffany at the front, staff whose hands are tied in terms of being able to help you. Everything is sent to their AI chat, who then does nothing to help. I believe I may have with persistence gotten to a human (someone in India?) who then trolled me and harassed until I stopped asking for a supervisor/manager to help with my situation. If you have a contract with them, note scammy situations like their requirement of a 3-month in-advance cancellation of your lease. There are other sketchy business practices with Regus that you should learn from the BBB filings (and the negative reviews here). I had considered upgrading to a nice office there, but I will not be renewing my lease. Regus' greediness and scammy business practice ironically lead to losing tenants and revenue for them.

I’m a new tenant and found the move-in process very smooth. Tiffani & staff are very helpful when you need them and answers all of your questions. The office spaces are clean, quiet, and perfect for my work needs. Would highly recommend Regus to anybody looking for reliable office space for their small business.
