Work-Collective Midway offers 10 dedicated desks, 9 private offices, and flexible workspaces designed for individuals and small teams. The 7,000-square-foot space also include indoor and outdoor areas for work and community events, plus a full suite of amenities mirroring those at Work-Collective’s established Northwest Crossing location.

“The team at Work-Collective is thrilled to expand our coworking footprint alongside BlackStrap, a brand that embodies the same passion for innovation and community that we do,” said Kent Odendahl, co-owner and founder of Work-Collective. “This partnership is about more than just workspace—it’s about fostering the connections that make Bend such a special place to live and work.”

With three buildings planned for Midway Campus, the development will serve as a hub for local businesses dedicated to Bend’s outdoor culture and entrepreneurial energy.

Membership pricing and features will match that of our current location with additional options provided for those who want to split time at both locations.

I've been going to Work-Collective's Midway location all year and it's been a great experience. Great spot for having a focused work day away from distractions at home. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are well set up and maintained.

I visited all the other coworking spaces in Bend before choosing this one. Many months later, I'm still happy with that decision. If you're looking for a dedicated desk and a place that makes it easy to settle in and do your best work, this is it. Kent and his team genuinely care about making the space better. They're incredibly responsive, always open to feedback, and constantly making thoughtful improvements that make a difference in day-to-day work. What really sets this place apart is the combination of great amenities, excellent value, and an atmosphere that's both focused and welcoming. It's the kind of space where people come to get things done, but are also happy to chat over coffee. Speaking of coffee, you're next door to Junction Coffee Roasters, plus there's free brewed coffee, adjustable-height dedicated desks, and a well-stocked kitchen. All things considered, this is an easy place to recommend. If you're shopping for a great coworking space, definitely check it out.

This coworking space is awesome! Great interior design, perfect amount of amenities including phone booths, conference rooms, good coffee, snacks, and kombucha on tap. Staff was super responsive via email and helpful/kind while visiting the space. I'd definitely work here again!

Kent and Kalista are amazing and make you feel warm and welcome at work-collective. They and their staff are always willing to help, have someone onsite and are quick to respond if you need assistance with anything. Work-Collective is a great space, it may not work for all professions, but if you need an alternative to home based this is the place for you!
