• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Haven, who is more than happy to help out.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  The Haven - Coworking operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with The Haven.

• Can I visit The Haven - Coworking before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at The Haven - Coworking? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, The Haven - Coworking has you covered. Hinterland Conference Rooms, Library Retreat & Meeting Rooms and Perch Conference Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book The Haven Coworkings, Hinterland Conference Rooms and Library Retreat & Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.
