Dial the number listed on their website. Have an appointment scheduled through a third party who has been told never to touch my account. This office has a phone tree to answer their phones. When attempting to dial in during business hours phone tree dumps calls. Needed to cancel appointment and request all information given by third-party unlawfully to be destroyed. The VA is aware of the order to the third party terminating their access to the information and their license to provide service, and law enforcement has been notified. As the phone tree is dumping calls it is difficult for orenstein solutions pllc regas at this address to be made aware that they have unlawful possession of information regarding a veteran of the US military. I would argue This is highly unprofessional and deserves less than one star but Google doesn't allow a zero star rating or negative Stars.

This is a great location and easy access to the freeway. Beautiful window offices, very clean and organize set up. The offices are budget friendly, turn key office, all inclusive pricing and don’t forget fully furnished. They certainly strive to provide the best customer service to all clients.

I've leased a lot of business spaces in different ventures I have never been more disappointed with communication along with nickel and dime charges. Disgusted might be a better word. They upped the rent by over 40% by sending a non discript email. Once we realized there was no one with any authority to talk to. We still have little charges coming through 2 months after vacating. Total bate and switch on pricing, no communication & terrible accounting practices.

Terrible, deceptive and bad customer service. I strongly suggest finding somewhere else for your office needs. Rent increase went from 670 to 1140 with one benign email stating this. When I sent an email to inquire about the increase all I got was a copy of the original email stating the increase. I was 7 months in on a month to month. I was told about an annual increase of 6.4%. This was obviously more than that. Sales team just wants the lease signed and you're no longer their problem. Never again, Regus, never again will I do business with you.
