Rented a meeting room here for three days. Luke at the front desk was great — friendly, helpful, and had solid food cart recommendations for lunch (there are plenty of options right across the street). Easy to get to from downtown Portland on the MAX, and the building was simple to find. For parking, the garage is the way to go — cheap and easy. One person in our group had trouble with one of the surface lots, so I'd skip those. Clean, well-maintained facility.

My experience with Regus has been deeply concerning from both a consumer and legal standpoint. After formally notifying them that I have retained legal counsel and am in the process of filing for bankruptcy, they continued sending collection emails rather than ceasing communication or directing contact through my attorney. This raises serious concerns regarding their compliance with federal consumer protection laws governing debt collection and bankruptcy-related communications. During this time, I was experiencing financial hardship due to the loss of my mother, who passed away after battling cancer. Despite these circumstances, I made good-faith efforts to communicate and resolve this account. Their emails are aggressive in tone and, to someone who may not understand their rights, could be intimidating and alarming. However, I am not unfamiliar with these laws, and I am not intimidated by these tactics. Prior to involving legal counsel, I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this account, including requesting a payment plan. Those efforts were ignored. The only consistent communication has been continued collection activity. I am particularly shocked that they would attempt this type of behavior given that I am very well versed in consumer protection laws. I am a Board Certified Credit Consultant through the Credit Consultants Association, and hold certifications in Credit Consulting, Credit Score Analysis, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Business Credit. I am also a state-certified Peer Wellness Specialist. Due to these actions, I am now actively considering pursuing legal action against this company. In addition, formal complaints have been filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Oregon Department of Justice. What should have been a straightforward resolution has escalated into a much more serious matter because of their failure to respond appropriately and professionally. I strongly advise others to document all communications and understand their rights before entering into any agreement. Businesses are expected to operate within the law, and when they fail to do so, there are consequences.

Easy to access location with plenty of free or inexpensive parking. Lots of options for meeting/work spaces - including the open lobby where you can come in and out at any time. Bonus: Solid view of Mt Hood on clear days!

Was pleasantly surprised by some of the views from some of the office spaces available at this location. Ample parking, and right across the street from a large number of food carts. Melanie was a great help. She took the time to show me the available office spaces at this location, gave me a rundown of Regus/Spaces workplace options, and walked me through the signup process.
