I would not work with Regus again. We leased in this space for 6 months and the junk fees were added on and definitely added up. The front desk staff was awesome. Maybe that is the one plus. But the organization is a rip off. The internet would go down 3-4 times a week. The final straw is sticking us with a move out fee over $800. We did not even hang anything on the wall. We kept it clean. It is absolutely outrageous Edit since it won’t allow me to respond. I submitted a ticket but the support team was not helpful at all. I honestly was not expecting it. I will just reiterate the fees are hidden and extensive, the internet very spotty, the corporate support below average but the front desk was very helpful. Sadly the lack of corporate support and the fee driven nature ruined the experience

Very nice building. Grounds are well maintained (so well, the Canadian geese stop to rest here) and interior is clean.

Recently moved my office to this facility and I have everything good to say about them. Easy website to use easy booking and Billing. Very wonderful online and front desk staff. Beautiful facility.

It's really upsetting that I have to take things to this point but nothing seems to be getting done at the office level. My company, and several others my bosses own/run, rent 3 offices at the Tulsa Memorial Place. We have had nothing but awful internet drops since being forced to move to this location after another location closed down. As an average we lose internet connection 8 to 10 times a day. Sometimes that number has been as high as 16-20. In most cases the internet drops range from 30 seconds, to upwards of 8 minutes. The majority of my work day is spent using the internet to complete various tasks related to my position. Given the fact that I'm losing internet so frequently, and for such periods of time daily, it stands to reason they'd want to do something about this and get a resolution as soon as possible. That hasn't been the case. We're told that the issue has been expedited to the leadership team in corporate but we have no way to contact them aside from asking the site manager's where we are in our ticket status. This has been going on for over a month, and we were told things would be fixed starting this week. That's still not the case and having someone to own up to the issue, then fix the problem would be the best option.
