Chase bank is in this building. Plenty of street parking, not sure if there's a parking lot. Bank staff is friendly and helps within minutes!

Watch your billing with regus very closely. My guess is, you will find they bill you the higher rate one month early every time your rate increases. Also, good luck cancelling your contract. If you try to give extra notice by submitting the cancellation request early, they will ignore it. If you notice they ignored your first request and submit a second request a day late, then too bad, you are automatically renewed for another year. Also, watch as the value of the retainer/deposit you paid up front is slowly reduced to nothing while they ignored your inquiries about it. If you pay extra for the mail forwarding service, keep in mind Regus will only forward your mail after you call the office a few times to ask why the letter your client says they sent months ago has not been answered. Unless, of course, Regus didn't already throw your mail away without telling you.

Policies over people, random fees and changing prices, you can do a lot better especially for the cost. The staff openly talks poorly about customers in the lobby.
