This company is killing me little by little, I can't sleep, I am stress mentally, emotionally, ..... I have never been in this kind of situation in my life since I have been in this country. This company didn't do me anything right. I have been stress since January, because they refuse to help with this situation. They said I sign a contract but knowledge is didn't sign anything. I was email by manager a customized proposal not knowing that it agreement. They to explain main thing i need know before signing the proposal. I was still in the process of seeing the suite but he failed to us the space on Saturday because he didn't have access to the building. I calls, send emails to cancel weeks before the moving day the proposal but they refused to corporate with me. No help from the customer service at all. I even to the office hopping that there will be a solution but nothing. I don't possession of the suite, no key was given to me, they didn't tell my right, they give me any benefit I have right to. They sent to debt collection for this big amount without explanation of how owed them. If you are someone who doesn't speak fluently English don't go to this company. Clearly I don't know my right so I don't know what to do exactly. They ruined my life with debt collection for something I never use, I have no idea how this can affect me and my children in the future. This situation is too much for me. If someone this happens to me Regus company Jimmy and Ruth will be responsible for it. Because you guys are confortable in house while I am stress mentally. I wasn't not aware of so many things before I accept the proposal. ........

Communication was poor from the beginning and they did not honor their word of providing furniture. There is a great amount of turnover which creates issues with clients/customers entering the office and being treated professionally. The space is loud and someone cooks food in the office that is so strong our clients complained. We had so many issues we left months before our lease ended and rented another space that was much better. I was was charged a $800 cleaning fee even though the space was cleaner than when I received it and not used in months.

Unresponsive, heat went down in the middle of winter. Unclear and erroneous billing. Added amenities I did not request.

Scam, they dont lock your doors back, risk all your work info and belongings being stolen each day by anyone who can access the wing. will charge you a year after cancellation for random fees. EDIT: their response to this review states that they dont remember our company as a client. Renting local office space to 10 or so tenants per building at a time, paying THOUSANDS to rent a single office room in their workspace for months. So not only do they feel okay with minimal standards and maximum rates… They dont even know or remember their tenants. this says enough for the businesses at risk of their services

Beware SCAM Deceptive practices ! Sales representative said I was getting on the promotion no set up fee but was charge the fee anyway call 10 times the Manager said she was working on it.After 6 weeks they were unable to give me credit so I give them my 30 day notice now they added all their fees. Please read the reviews with the Better Business Bureau, rated F many complaints and bad reviews. Under investigation Federal Trade Commision.Unbelievable! I signed a contract month by month at $ 94.35 for a business address and I was charged for services I did not agree ( kitchen services/ furniture rental/ rental of devices). I requested the termination of my contract afterand I was charged 3 months in advance without my authorization. Avoid this location, the sales person missrepresent Regus. I suggest doing business with LOCAL building owners rather then doing business with Regus that rents a floor from a building they scams the customers.
