BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE: Complete Bait-and-Switch & Predatory Billing! If you are leasing an office here to verify a Google Business Profile, DO NOT DO IT. Regus knowingly sells these spaces for verification, but Google’s current standards strictly flag and fail this shared co-working hub for field service companies, making the space completely useless. On top of selling a defective service, local management engages in incredibly deceptive practices: • The Bait-and-Switch: I toured and agreed to lease Suite 229. Management unilaterally changed my contract to Suite 231 without my consent due to their own internal "system issues." • Predatory Hidden Fees: I was quoted a monthly rate of $249.70. The moment the contract was signed, their system tacked on a massive, undisclosed additional fees • Holding Keys Hostage: City Manager Ruth Krueger refused to correct the billing and is withholding my physical keys and access codes until I pay these unauthorized fees. • Unprofessional Evasion: Sales Manager Emilee Hudson blocked my business phone line (calls drop instantly to voicemail). When I immediately called right back from a different, unknown number, she answered on the very first ring. They refuse to cancel the contract and claim I am locked in until 2027 for a space I can't even enter. I have filed a formal complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Take your business elsewhere!

This company is killing me little by little, I can't sleep, I am stress mentally, emotionally, ..... I have never been in this kind of situation in my life since I have been in this country. This company didn't do me anything right. I have been stress since January, because they refuse to help with this situation. They said I sign a contract but knowledge is didn't sign anything. I was email by manager a customized proposal not knowing that it agreement. They to explain main thing i need know before signing the proposal. I was still in the process of seeing the suite but he failed to us the space on Saturday because he didn't have access to the building. I calls, send emails to cancel weeks before the moving day the proposal but they refused to corporate with me. No help from the customer service at all. I even to the office hopping that there will be a solution but nothing. I don't possession of the suite, no key was given to me, they didn't tell my right, they give me any benefit I have right to. They sent to debt collection for this big amount without explanation of how owed them. If you are someone who doesn't speak fluently English don't go to this company. Clearly I don't know my right so I don't know what to do exactly. They ruined my life with debt collection for something I never use, I have no idea how this can affect me and my children in the future. This situation is too much for me. If someone this happens to me Regus company Jimmy and Ruth will be responsible for it. Because you guys are confortable in house while I am stress mentally. I wasn't not aware of so many things before I accept the proposal. ........

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! Regus is a COMPLETE SCAM and will be a NIGHTMARE for your business!!! I have been renting a space from them since March and they’ve overdrafted my bank account more than $600 dollars at a time....TWICE! They blame it on their so-called ‘billing system updates’— No notice about these updates are ever given to tenants. But apparently they happen often, because that's ALWAYS the excuse I get from the front desk attendant. Your business WILL NOT SURVIVE REGUS!!

The Edmond office is semi empty and has a cold / lonely / lifeless feel to it. Even the receptionist is usually gone. Go elsewhere.

Been trying to get access for 3 weeks now. Unable to get in. *** Reply to the Reply on 11/13/2024 *** The Centre Team is not able to be contacted, Regus has my the phone system hang up on callers seeking help and no ticket is able to be submitted since the team cannot be contacted for help since the Regus phone system literally hangs up on callers seeking help. Still a 1 star review since there is no customer service offered by Regus via phone or via the "log a ticket" through he help section of the Regus website online.
