I rented a month-to-month office at Regus and had a highly disappointing experience. I was charged more than the base rate outlined in my signed agreement, despite not having reached 12 months of tenancy — and thus not qualifying for indexation under their own stated policy. I received conflicting explanations for the increase and was never given a clear or itemized breakdown, even after weeks of follow-up. On top of that, I was billed a restoration fee before I even moved out, even though the office was not move-in ready when I started. Furniture and wall decor from the previous tenant were left behind for over a week, and a visibly damaged wall remained unrepaired for months — despite repeated complaints. I was expected to return the space in better condition than I received it, with no accountability from Regus for their own failure to deliver a usable office. The lack of transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism has forced me to initiate formal arbitration proceedings against Regus for breach of contract, as allowed under their own agreement. I strongly caution anyone considering Regus — especially if you expect your agreement to be honored or managed with integrity. Look elsewhere for truly professional office space providers.

I had a very bad experience with this coworking space. They repeatedly entered my office without permission, claiming it was for cleaning, but it was very intrusive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the microwave has been out of order for over two weeks, and the refrigerator has been broken for just as long. Despite these issues, they continue to ask for money and charge excessive hidden fees. It's clear that they care more about billing than providing a good service. I highly recommend staying away from this place!

I would not recommend this coworking space. There were a lot of hidden fees that were not explained to me upfront. I was charged for services I didn’t need or agree to, including an extra retainer fee and a cleaning fee that felt completely unnecessary. The staff was not helpful when I raised these issues, and I felt like they weren’t transparent about the costs. my office was entered without permission several times, and my personal belongings were moved around. It’s really frustrating when your space isn’t treated with respect. Very bad experience! It was the worst shared office experience of my entire life. Stay away—lots of hidden fees!!!!"
