I would strongly advise extreme caution before signing even a monthly agreement with Regus. In fairness, the office staff are extremely nice and very helpful. I have used Regus for many years in multiple states. However, Regus as a corporation is not US based and therefore your options are limited. Having learned the hard way to not sign a long term agreement (it's NOT a lease) with Regus, I opted for a monthly agreement most recently which was fine for about 5 months when I received notice that my rate was nearly doubling starting the next month. So naturally I cancelled immediately. Unfortunately, if you cancel any day into the month your in, you cannot terminate until the month following, per their policy. In other words, they told me on the 3rd of the month my fees would double starting the following month but because I canceled on the 3rd, the agreement doesn't terminate until the month after! So I am ending up paying almost twice as much for an office the final month for an office I don't even need since I had to find another office immediately to coordinate a move. It's very unethical. There are a LOT of options out there so shop wisely! UPDATE: In addition to having to have to pay nearly twice the previous rent for a month I didn't even need I just received an invoice for $800 for "office restoration". When I took the office I have it wasn't clean at all. The floor needed vacuumed and the window was filthy and it clearly had not been painted. So Regus is obviously collecting an additional fee for doing nothing. JUST READ THE FINE PRINT.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the office, the facilities are always clean and well maintained. The front office staff, Gina, Dustin and Martha have been so helpful and a pleasure to work with. They truly go the extra mile to assist in all things.

I am a current tenant at Regus Westerville and have had a great experience so far. The staff at Regus are always willing to help my partner and I with any technical issues we have. Additionally, every staff member is always very courteous to our customers and our customers have only positive things to say. Lastly, the facilities are always very clean and I always feel confident that it is a great place for our customers. Keep up the great work!

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
