One being (BACKGROUND CHECK) & The Other Was Me Renting Out One Of Many Of Their (*OFFICE SPACES) That They Have Available For Rent!! Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with SBC Offices, who is more than happy to help out.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with SBC Offices.
At SBC Offices - Southwyck Business Center, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available.
