Communication is terrible. No one returns calls or emails. I have to get aggressive and naggy to get any response. They screwed up my invoices from the very beginning and I had to badger them to get it corrected. Several months later in November and December 2025 I was charged a late fee on the same day the invoice went out. The November late charge was immediately corrected but I'm still waiting over three months now for the other to be reimbursed. The temperature in my office regularly climbs to 77 degrees. The receptionist (Hanna) opened the lockbox yesterday to find the temperature set at 75 degrees. Why? No one knows. Hanna is the only great thing here. She is very helpful and always cheerful. Problem is my job shouldn't require me to need her. All I want to do is show up, do my work, and leave. At this point all I can say is stay away from this business. if I could get out of my lease I'd drop this place in a heart beat. I see in other reviews they have replied to ask for others to file a log a ticket through the help section. That doesn't work either. I've already been down that road. I've never asked for special treatment. I've asked for my money back when I was improperly charged and for the temperature in my office to not be sleep inducing.

This building is big and beautiful. My daughter has spaces here and this building is absolutely beautiful. If you need to rent office space for any reason, this is your go to.

Nobody answers the phone, been calling for 3 days and not a single person answring the phone, requested a call back thru email nobody reached out to me. Called area manager and senior manager for 3 days nobody’s answering the phone this is the worst experience ever

The space is very bright and welcoming. It’s also located in a great location near downtown and a mall. Highly recommend.
